How does it work?
The full process is explained in the section on How we Provide our Outsourcing Solutions . In summary: we take your requirements and recruit candidates to fill in the needed positions. Both of us will screen the candidates and you will be able to make your final picks on who gets to join your offshore team. Your offshore team will be housed in our offices in the Philippines and we will provide workstations, office infrastructure, internet connectivity and operational management through our HR, technical support and management teams. You can directly coordinate with your offshore team and distribute daily tasks. We will report on your team's performance and assure a smooth running offshore operation.
